We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization policies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original PDPAOLA packaging and ensure the items are securely packed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
